Many great coaches get stuck when it comes to life coach marketing. Let’s say you meet someone who wants to help promote your life coach business. Great! Next he or she tells you to just leave some of your marketing materials at the front desk. Then, your heart sinks just a bit because you suddenly realize that you don’t have much in the way of life coach marketing materials.
What Your Life Coach Marketing Materials Must Say About You
How do you create marketing materials that really let people know who you are, what you offer, and what coaching can make available? The first thing to understand is that no one cares about who you are, what you offer, or about life coaching. If your marketing materials are about you and your business, you will at best get someone to glance at your materials.
How To Turn Your Marketing Materials Into A Call To Action
If you were to choose from 3 group pictures in which you were included, which one would you choose? The one that made you look best, of course. If you really want to get someone’s attention, call his or her name out loud. In the context of your life coach marketing materials, you want to create something that calls out to your ideal clients. In order to do this, you had better know what their greatest fears, hopes and aspirations are. If you can really describe this in simple terms, perhaps even more clearly and concisely than they can themselves, they will automatically see you as the expert. You don’t have to say anything more about yourself, just give them a call to action. That might be something as simple as an offer for a complimentary coaching session for the first 10 people who call. So go ahead and take some of the pressure off yourself, and make your materials speak for themselves about the results you can help them get for themselves.
