Many people today are so focused on their careers that they don’t think they need a business and personal coach. I’ve actually heard clients tell me they don’t have time to worry about their relationship with my spouses, only to be awoken a few weeks letter with threats of divorce. The limiting factor of success is always the weakest link. Whether it is the husband and father who sacrifices his career to spent time with his family or visa versa, there is hope in having a coach who can address both business and personal challenges.
Creating A Method For Measuring Success
When your clients are clear about what they want to create in their lives, and as their coach you are clear as well, you create an opportunity for them to have a have a truly extraordinary life. Make sure you help your clients create a balanced life, instead of letting them lose everything else in the process of achieving a single goal. We have all heard stories about people who have climbed the corporate ladder quickly only to find that the ladder was leaning on the wrong building. It’s possible to work toward several goals concurrently, and enjoy the process. People have worked their whole lives only to find out the Golden Years were filled with illness, death and financial crisis. When they look back on the years they wish they could have spend more time with loved ones, traveling, or just taking some time to smell the flowers.
The Business And Personal Coach Motto
A business and personal coach understands that how you do one thing is how you do everything. People who justify that it’s ok to cheat ‘just this once’ will find that motto coming up in other areas of their life. People are committed to going the extra mile in business can transfer this skill to their personal relationships much more easily than the person who lives by the belief that it’s a dog eat dog world. Don’t let your clients settle for less than living the lives they dream of.
