The City of Albuquerque
As recently as ten years ago, I never heard of the city, Albuquerque. It was never on my radar, and so when my husband got a job with the US Airforce at Kirtland Airforce Base, it was an excellent opportunity to explore this unique city surrounded by mountains and Native American pueblos. Albuquerque is New Mexico’s largest city and its economic capital. New Mexico is a state in the southwestern region of the United States and is widely known as the “Land of Enchantment.” Albuquerque was named one of the top one hundred best places to live in the United States in 2019. It is known for its rich culture, local foods, exotic cultural events, and its economy centers on technology, tourism, education, medicine, and entertainment, particularly the film industry, which appears to be thriving in this city. Companies like Netflix have made Albuquerque home, and big companies like Intel, Amazon, and Facebook have brought hundreds of new jobs to the metro area.
Fitness Life Coach VS Personal Trainer – What is The Difference?
Who is a Fitness Life Coach?
A fitness life coach collaborates with clients to meet their fitness goals. They help to design plans tailored to their fitness and wellness needs. A personal or fitness trainer focuses on training. Fitness coaches assist their clients in moving forward to accomplishing their health and wellness goals. “A personal trainer will offer you a program that suits your fitness needs with the goal of helping you attain the physical body you want through proven exercises” states Mary Fulber of Noomii.com. However, like personal trainers, fitness life coaches are typically found in fitness centers, dance studios. Although these are two separate roles, they often complement each other, and that is why you will most likely find a personal trainer who is a fitness coach.
