I. Coaching Supervision: In this course, coaches learn to supervise other coaches, as individuals or in groups. It is a six-month program that consists of three days of face to face contact, three webinars plus online learning and group supervision practice sessions. Upon completion, of course, a certificate of supervision is issued with 38.5 CEUs.
II. The Principles of Organizational Coaching: In this course, the theories and knowledge that relates to a person’s approach to coaching are addressed. It is a three-month part-time program completely done via online/virtual learning. Upon completion, a certificate is issued, and 16 CEUs’ awarded.
III. Mindfulness Training: A steady practice of mindfulness is essential for coaches. Their mindfulness program teaches a variety of techniques and the theory behind them. Duration of the program is eight weeks. Upon completion, an IECL MBSR Certification will be awarded.
IV. Team Coach Training: This program enables the coach to maximize the performance and effectiveness of teams, to drive outcomes and build team dynamics. It is stated to be suitable for trained coaches. Duration of the program is four weeks. It is offered three full days in a traditional setting (face to face). Upon completion, a certification in team coaching will be awarded along with 21 CEUs’ for ICF renewals.
