If you want to become a life coach, a master life coach, then there are four traits you will need to develop.  When all four of these traits are present, true mastery occurs.  Not just over your own life, but you become someone who has the ability to transform the lives of others.

1. Outstanding Results: Someone who has become a life coach who is a Master Coach is recognized by others for the results they produce.   Those considered masters of coaching consistently produce outstanding results with their clients in their area of practice.  They stand out from the rest.

2. Effortless Performance: Master Coaches perform and make it look simple and easy to create what is next to impossible for other coaches.  They expend no effort, and they are able to produce results without having to try really hard.

3. Total Freedom and Power: Master Coaches have the ability to wield their coaching in any direction in increasingly powerful ways.  Their coaching creates results without limits.

4. Their Identity equals Coaching: Master Coaches become one with their coaching, no longer creating a distinction between them and coaching.  They are their craft.  Like Lance Armstrong is always considered an athlete, coaches are always a coach in everything they do.

How do you become a life coach who is a master?

Years of training, coaching, giving and receiving mentoring.  How many years is up to you.  Proper training is essential, and a never ending quest for improvement.  Ironically, many master coaches don’t realize they are at the mastery level until they have been perceived by others to be at that level for some time.  And on the other hand there are coaches who think they are at the mastery level who will never have the awareness, determination and drive to make it there.
