You’ve been reading other people’s books for inspiration and nailed the title of your e-book — The Prosperous Coach PDF Series. Maybe you’re one of those lucky coaches whose head is always bursting with ideas. Or perhaps you have one idea that’s been nagging you for weeks, always on the edge of your mind. Either way, you’re itching to begin writing.

But how do you get started and how do you manage if you have never written an e-book before? Here’s how you can plan out your book and write it.
Turning The Prosperous Coach PDF Series Idea into an E-Book
Ideas are the seeds of any book. But until an idea is fully developed, until you can envision its beginning, middle and end, that idea might not be enough. The experience of filling out the pages of their books and ultimately getting nowhere has taught many writers to outline their books before they begin. So, if the thought of an outline sends shivers up your spine, at least thinking your idea through and making sure it merits months of writing can save you future frustration.
Your e-book should be based on something you’re truly interested in and passionate about, in this case, coaching. The key to a successful book is to take your idea and approach it in a way that no one else has ever done before. This means doing most of your research before you begin writing. Don’t settle for the most easily-found information on your coaching topic – your readers have probably read the same information. Keep researching until you find an aspect to your subject that strikes you as unique. Then search through the bookstores or websites like Amazon and Scribd.com to make sure no one else has already done it.

For The Prosperous Coach PDF Series idea to become an e-book, you need enough information to fill the number of pages necessary, depending on the target group for which you plan to write. Younger readers need a foundation of becoming a prosperous coach, but you can also get fairly detailed within the scope of the approach you’ve chosen as long as you explain concepts in a simple and straightforward manner. Older readers can draw on a broader foundation of coaching knowledge and form connections between becoming a prosperous coach and related subjects. A detailed outline of the e-book is essential to help you see if your idea has enough substance and originality, or if you need further research before you begin writing.
Your idea should not only mean something to you, but also have the potential to mean a lot to your readers. Think it through, add to it, remove the nonessential elements, and make sure it has a beginning, middle and end. Only then will your Prosperous Coach PDF Series “idea” turn into a real book.
Creating & Publishing the E-Book
Once you are done with the outline of your e-book, you can start writing the main body of your e-book. One of the best word processing software to maintain your document is MS Word. Writing in Ms Word can help you revise your content as and when you need it. You can also keep a check on spelling errors in the process. Choose a font size that is easy to read for people of all age groups.
Next, create chapter headings. You may or may not end up using chapters but they can help you break the job down into manageable steps to tackle one at a time. Breaking the job into smaller tasks (in this case chapters) will make it easier for you to complete the book. It’s also a way to expand on your points and see if your chapters address everything.
When you are done, all you have to do is convert your Word documents into a PDF e-book and upload it on your website.
