Creating A Life Coaching Business Plan Without Your Usual Limitations

I’ve created lots of business plans, but this year I took it to a new level. I actually left town for the day, went somewhere I’ve never been, and spend about 24 hours by myself. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t lock myself in a room. I went walking on the beach, took myself out for a nice dinner, and just noticed how many voices were roaming around in my head. The “shoulds” and the “shouldn’ts”. I reviewed my life coaching business plan from the year before and revisited my long term vision. The next morning I woke up and started working on my new plan for the year. It was nice to get it done, relax, and I thought even though it was hard to find time to arrange this time away; it was worthwhile. Boy, was I wrong.

What Happened When I Got Home Was Scary

No, my husband and kids were fine. The house had some remnants of a Silly String fight, but everything else was more or less the same. The problem was me. I was different. I walked back into my usual environment and found out there the huge gap between what I thought possible when I was away compared to what I thought would be possible in my natural habitat. What an eye opener. I definitely have my work cut out for me, but I’m up to the challenge. It’s going to be a great year.

I’m sure you don’t have time, or money, or whatever else is keeping you from creating your own life coaching business plan that is free from your usual constraints. Few people do.
