And if you think the people who are close to you don’t know, ask them if you dare. Your personal friends and family know you better than you know yourself at times.

Your Personal Coach Salary Is A Direct Correlation To Your Level Of Integrity

As a coach, you can tell subtle changes in someone’s voice. It lets you know there is a piece of missing information, an emotional response, or a shift in their mindset. This is a universal skill that everyone has, although the average person hasn’t sharpened this skill by years of coaching. They can perceive it, however, and it will affect your interaction. It may be a small hesitation that keeps them from enrolling in your coaching or it may be an uncomfortable feeling they can’t verbalize. Even if they enroll in your programs, you won’t have the power to coach them at the highest level. Since your salary is based on your ability to get results for people, you in effect water down the results you give out.

What’s To Be Done?

First, realize that your life simply lacks integrity in at least one area. Go ahead and clean it up. Whether it’s a strained relationship with a family member or a dirty garage, take the first step. As you make progress, you are likely to find other areas in your life that require some cleaning up. Take those on as well. Whatever struggles you experience will become new strengths. As you acquire those new skills, your life will work better for you. You will also see greater results with your clients, and they in turn will be willing to pay you a higher personal coach salary to get those results.
