Become a Life Coach in The Wellness and Extreme Care Coaching Industry

March 12, 2009 by Jeffrey T. Sooey 1 Comment

More and more people are looking for wellness and extreme care coaching to improve their health and take it to the next level. Baby boomers who don’t want to get old, and people who are just sick and tired of being sick and tired. Do you think you have what it takes to become a life coach for this niche? Here’s your chance to see if you have what is takes to become a life coach for people who are looking for wellness and extreme care coaching.

How to Get a Taste of Wellness and Extreme Care Coaching (By Swallowing Your Own Advice)

Let’s just call this the “10 Day Challenge for Maximum Nourishment”:

  1. Start your day with a breakfast that is green. Green juices or green salads. Most people in the U.S. skip this meal, but if you want to become a life coach who practices what you preach, then you will realize the value of starting you day off right.

  2. Properly combine your meals by using one of the two simple methods of food combining:

    1. Eat only one concentrated (cooked, processed, or dried) food per meal.

    2. Do not eat starches (carbohydrates, cereals, grains, potatoes) with proteins (meat, nuts, eggs, cheese, fish, fowl, and yogurt).

  3. Become a life coach who eats in a relaxed state and only eats comfortable amounts.

  4. Drink water before your meals, not during or after. To become a life coach who’s body is well hydrated you will need to drink 3+ liters of water a day.

  5. Eat organic as much as possible.

  6. Eat well before the time you go to bed.

Is That All There is to Wellness and Extreme Care Coaching Basics?

Far from it. The above are only for anyone who wants to become a life coach who understands the basics of a healthy relationship with food. For those who want to take it to the wellness and extreme care coaching level; continue:

  1. Eliminate processed fats: Processed fats are fats that are destroyed through cooking such that they are unusable and toxic to the body, thus resulting in acid and disease conditions. Examples: Butter, margarine, cheese, whole milk, meats, cream cheese, eggs, or anything with hydrogenated oil in it.

  2. Eliminate animal flesh

  3. Eliminate milk, cheese, and all other dairy products.

  4. Eliminate “acid addictions”: sugar, salt, vinegar, nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, and drugs.

Disclaimer: This is not intended to be medical advice, just a point of viewfor people who want to become a life coach about what a diet might look like for someone who wanted to experience a cleaner way of eating than the average American.
