This is where active listening and the ability to center a session around inquiry truly comes in to play. Intellectual Stimulation. This is where the coach challenges clients to maximize their creativity. It is all about innovation, modification and thinking “both inside and outside the box.” The coach must also keep the client focused on the task at hand by asking pertinent questions.
