Using My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout to Create Your Own Great Workout

April 4, 2016 by Fred Phillips 3 Comments

My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout is a fitness program created for the Nintendo Wii platform. It seems that it might also just be called My Fitness Coach. You can find My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout on Amazon. UK – it appears to be a British product that is mostly only available in the United Kingdom.

Develop Your Own Great Fitness Program

However, you can buy My Fitness Coach and use it to develop your own fitness program which you can customize to fit the needs of your clients. It’s not stealing – it’s using techniques and programs to give you ideas and help you create your own great cardio workout

What is My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout?

It’s a great fitness game that comes with several different programs, including jump rope, roadwork, squats, balance board training, and more. The My Fitness Coach is very similar and comes with a personal virtual trainer who demonstrates the moves and provides motivation.

The program starts out with a fitness analysis which includes measurements of your waist, biceps, chest, hips, and thighs. Once you put all your information in to the system, the program will suggest areas that need work. The program also includes a calendar to help you plan your week’s fitness activities around your schedule.

Looking around the Internet, both the My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout and My Fitness Coach have many excellent reviews. As a fitness coach, it is wise to watch and test many different fitness programs – these two can help you learn some new tricks and give you some tips and suggestions on how to begin training with new clients.

Your Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout

Here are a few tips to creating your own fitness programs for individual clients. Remember that all clients are different – some may be more advanced, some may have specific injuries, some may have different goals.

  • Like any coach, you need to help your clients identify their goals. Are they training for something, do they just want to lose some weight, or are they attempting to heal from an injury. How much weight do they want to lose? What are they training for?
  • Next, you design a program that focuses on their goals. For someone who is training for something, you can probably design a more intense program than for someone who is overcoming an injury or just beginning a workout program.
  • Just like in the fitness training video, you take measurements and collect data. You should ask about their medical history, limitations, commitment levels, and what exercises they enjoy (if any) for cardio.
  • Through inquiry you should also try to find out what inspires and motivates them. This will require some down time where you chat and ask questions. Don’t just jump right into the training. Just as the video game, My Fitness Coach: Cardio Workout does, you need to get to know your client. This will allow you to build and design a better program that any video game – one that your clients will stick to and one that will help your clients reach their goals.

Even if im not a coach, making my own cardio workout is really helpful because it gives me more time to adjust to it and make arrangements to what I like.
