Working with a personal executive coach is a sure way to increase productivity, find balance, decrease stress and simply feel happier. Today we explore exactly what this might sound like if you were to witness a personal coach with their executive client.
This is What I Need From You Today
A personal executive coach must access their inner warrior in sessions with the personal executive coaching client. Executives have got a lot on their plate and they know how to respond to challenge.
Personal Executive Coach: “This is what I need from you today”
Challenge yourself to:
1. One hour of total presence in this moment. Pay attention to your body and practice not zoning out. If you can do it for one hour a day, imagine what could happen in your life. If for just one hour a day you practiced receiving what the universe has to give to you, you would invite space into your breath and consciousness. You would notice the work place around you with more concentrated power.
A personal Executive Coach might ask:
How much love , joy and abundance could you receive on a more consistent level if you were truly engaged and present more often in your day?
Your spirit will thank you with gifts beyond your wildest expectations for turning off that monkey brain and allowing your intuitive genius into your work.
2. Set an intent for yourself. What did you come here to change or master today? What part of your work will you receive freedom from at the end of your day? What will you make possible to start exploring creatively that needs to get done? What commitment to peace and happiness are you acknowledging within yourself today? Write it down now.
This exercise will help the personal executive coach to walk the client through time management, personal effectiveness and enjoying life beyond work.
3. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of your team.
This is simple. The client must be engaged with their staff. Clear communication is something a personal executive coach will spend a lot of time teaching clients to master.
A Personal Executive Coach Must Fully Participate
Personal Executive Coaching requires the coach to participate with energy, passion and speed. Participating with an openness and willingness to receive is important for both coach and client. When you turn your lights on you are able to play a bigger game. Executives must play big games in order to reach a higher order of success.
