It is offered for six months prior to the start of classes and during the first semester. Students can select from two different methods. They can elect to use a regular coaching model with structured coaching sessions, or they can choose a lighter model where they can call and speak with a coach whenever they need.

They have designed it to not be a one size fits all model. Instead, it has been developed to fit different students with a wide variety of needs.
