Life coach articles can be informational and inspirational, but you don’t become a life coach by reading articles. You become a life coach by living life, learning about life, experiencing life, and then transferring that knowledge to others. Life is your classroom, your lecture hall, and your seminar.

There is no doubt that you need a proper education before becoming a life coach. A college degree, perhaps a post-graduate degree, and then a certification from an accredited life coaching program will get you started toward you goal of becoming a successful life coach. However, your pursuit of knowledge never ends and you will continue your education for as long as you remain in the coaching business.

Your continuing education will include reading plenty of life coach articles in addition to taking more courses and earning more certifications. However, all those life coach articles, courses, and certifications will not provide you with all the education you need. Get out and live. Life is the greatest education there is!

But, while you are busy living life and then helping others live their life to the fullest, don’t discount the power of articles – reading and writing them! Reading them gives you knowledge and writing them gives you more income.

The internet is filled with life coach articles and spending time reading as many as you can will provide you with new theories, exercises, questions, and methods which can help you be a better coach for your clients. Learning from others through articles is a good way to supplement your own knowledge and keep updated on the coaching industry.

However, because life is also a great teacher, you can take lessons learned in the course of your life and utilize them in your life coaching practice. You can also take these lessons learned and write your own articles.

Owning a coaching business is all about finding additional revenue streams to boost your profits. You can create DVDs, CDs, books, and webinars. You can also have seminars and group coaching sessions in addition to your one-on-one coaching. One more way to make some extra money is to write coaching articles. As a professional and certified life coach, your knowledge is valuable and you can get paid to write articles for professional journals, coaching websites, and other pertinent media. Every income stream counts and this is one more you can add to the mix.

The more income streams you have, the more opportunities there is to make money. Writing informative and enlightening articles gives you another income stream with the potential to generate revenue in two ways. First, you can get paid for the articles. Second, your articles will brand you as an expert in your coaching niche and more clients will find their way to your door – that’s an income stream doing double duty!

Read articles to gain knowledge and write life coach articles to make more money. Who would have thought that something as common and conventional as an article would be so powerful and important to your career as a life coach?
