Because of this, it is a good plan to identify the source of your stress so that you can do something about it, and one of the best ways you can do this is through <strong><a title=\"Stress Coaching\" href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/make-a-difference-save-lives-with-stress-coaching\/7709\/\" target=\"_blank\">stress coaching<\/a><\/strong>. There is no shame in that as we all suffer from stress from time to time, even you, my fellow coaches. You\u2019d be surprised how much stress can build up in your life with just little things and how much more success you can have by eliminating the stress in your life.<\/p>\n<p>There are many different causes of stress related to diverse situations or events and how a person deals with or responds to each situation. The causes and signs of stress can therefore differ from one person to the next and may be manifest in a multitude of different ways. To avoid break down, it is better to eliminate the energy drainers now rather than later&#8211;thus enters the stress coaches stage right.<\/p>\n<h3>Being a stress coach myself\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>I\u2019ve found there are many different causes of stress. The source of stress can differ from one person to the next and may be caused by such things as:<\/p>\n<p>Petty annoyances. (The things you are putting up with, such as poor lighting, tight shoes, your dented car, broken appliances, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Clutter.<\/p>\n<p>Wanting to be in control.<\/p>\n<p>Not living in congruity with your values.<\/p>\n<p>Not setting boundaries.<\/p>\n<p>Being in bondage to money instead of having financial freedom.<\/p>\n<p>Low self-esteem and fear of inadequacy.<\/p>\n<p>Health energy drainers (caffeine, sugar, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Not being able to say no.<\/p>\n<p>Not asking for what you really want.<\/p>\n<p>Feeling like you have to do all those \u2018shoulds\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Not being able to establish boundaries.<\/p>\n<p>Not having a positive attitude.<\/p>\n<p>Not having something to look forward to.<\/p>\n<p>Putting limitations on yourself.<\/p>\n<p>Not being surrounded by the right people.<\/p>\n<p>No time for reflection and renewal.<\/p>\n<p>Not building powerful relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Not forgiving.<\/p>\n<p>Wrong perspectives.<\/p>\n<h3>Why you need stress coaching.<\/h3>\n<p>This is just a short list of reasons that could be causing you stress, but with the help of a stress coach you could turn all these negative energy drainers around. I could also give you a long list of things you could do to reduce stress, but there are already plenty of these types of articles out there that you are most likely aware of. However, if you are not using various known stress busting methods, then this is a good reason why you should consider <strong>stress coaching<\/strong> which can help you actually take action on some of these things.<\/p>\n<p>As you can see, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">stress coaching<\/span> is a big subject and one that I\u2019ve only touched the surface of.
