That\u2019s right there are no coaching jobs<\/a><\/strong>. That is unless you aspire \u2013 and by the way this is a noble calling \u2013 to be a sports coach at the local high school or community college. That\u2019s right, being a coach is not a job. It\u2019s isn\u2019t even a profession \u2013 like being just a doctor. It is a calling. Yes, a Calling, with a capital \u201cC\u201d.\u00a0 Get used to it, because that\u2019s what it is.<\/p>\n

A Job or a Profession or a Calling \u2013 either way, You Are One<\/h3>\n

That\u2019s right, you are one, or you are not. It\u2019s who you are and what you do. And if it\u2019s not, you\u2019ve probably read one too many \u201cGreat Jobs for the Next Millennium\u201d articles. You know. Be honest with yourself. So, make up your mind. Am you, or am you not a coach. In your heart, you know. If you am (sorry I mean \u201care\u201d) one then the job question becomes how can I do what I love and what I am called to do, and still pay the rent, keep the refrigerator more or less full,\u00a0 and still pay the utilities?<\/p>\n

So Let\u2019s Get beyond Coaching Jobs<\/h3>\n

Each of us, particularly in this day and age, needs to take responsibility for our own lives and our fortunes. That is the calling of the entrepreneur. So now setting aside the very concept of coaching jobs<\/span>, identify those people who can best benefit from your experience and your mastery of the art of coaching, and connect with them. That\u2019s right, connect with them. Focus in on who they are; where they are; and how to connect with them. And then use your head and the latest technology to connect with them.<\/p>\n

Focus Your Efforts for the Greatest Impact<\/h3>\n

So setting aside the whole concept of coaching jobs<\/strong>, and understanding that the Universe always pays back its obligations one-hundred fold, go out there and do what you know you are called to do. Find those to whom you are called and those who are called to you. And open up your heart and mind to them. And doing so, know that you will pay the rent, the refrigerator will be filled to over flowing and somehow the utilities will be paid.<\/p>\n
