Not as tricky as you may think with a little\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><a title=\"coach training\" href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/2009\/02\/how-to-become-a-professional-life-coach-training-secrets-fill-your-practice-with-paying-clients\/\" target=\"_self\">coach training<\/a><\/strong><\/span> I learned from my friend Tony. Tony decided he wanted to have an aquarium. He had a stressful job and wanted to have a low maintenance pet. Some of the fish were picking on the others, some died. As they died, Tony replaced them with other fish. Fish he chose based on what they looked like; not their personality. Things got worse as you can imagine, until he got so<span style=\"color: #000000;\">me <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>coach training<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> from a helpful pet store clerk on how <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>to become a relationship coach<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> for fis<\/span>h. He had created a very aggressive environment and needed to make some changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Coach Training on Changing the Environment to Produce Vast Differences<\/h3>\n<p>Did Tony need to enroll each fish in coac<span style=\"color: #000000;\">hing <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>to become a relationship coach<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> to this \u201cfamily?\u201d Of course not. The<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <strong>coach training<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> that we learned from this experience is that even making a small change can dram<\/span>atically change the environment.<\/p>\n<p>Now how do you apply this <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">coach training<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> to your practice? <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To become a relationship coach<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> you need<\/span> to be aware that each relationship \u201cenvironment\u201d is like that of a fish tank. If your in-laws are living with you, or you them\u2026it\u2019s going to effect the water. Kids? The water is going to get a little grungier and it will take more maintenance to keep the water clear.<\/p>\n<p>And if one of the fish is willing to transform, the other fish will have to change or move on. The rules will have to be re-written. So<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <strong><a title=\"to become a relationship coach\" href=\"http:\/\/www.whatittakes.com\/Archive\/\" target=\"_blank\">to become a relationship coach<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, you can make a huge difference even if you are only able to give one person empowering alternatives.
