If your coaching clients\u2019 beliefs drive their actions, and get the results they are getting in their life, there are only two ways to achieve their goals. The first is through dissecting out what those beliefs are and transforming them so thoroughly that they never go back to the old ways. The second way is to \u201cjust do it,\u201d which requires accountability.<\/p>\n<h3>3 Ways Your Life Coaching Clients Sabotage Themselves Without Accountability<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1. They tell themselves that things are good enough, the strategy is they were going to take is faulty, or otherwise talk themselves out of taking action.<br \/>\n2. They get off track. Instead of getting things done that are important, most people spend the majority of their time putting out the fires of life. The urgent thing that must get done right away or even things that seem urgent but aren\u2019t important. Some examples of those urgent, yet not necessarily important are most emails and phone calls.<br \/>\n3. When they fall off the wagon, they beat themselves up instead of brushing off the dirt and getting back into action.<\/p>\n<h3>Why They Need You<\/h3>\n<p>When you can explain these tendencies to your prospective <strong>life coaching<\/strong> clients more clearly and concisely than they can themselves, they will automatically see you as the solution. When you can keep people focused on their goals, keep them on track and get them back on the wagon when they fall off, they will inevitably start moving toward their goals. Once they do, they\u2019ll need you even more. There is nothing more precarious than someone sitting between their old life and their dreams.
