How do you know if you are ready to start a coaching practice<\/a><\/strong>? It sounds like a great idea, but the average coach makes about 12K during the first year. Only the top 5% make more than 100K. How can you tell if you are ready to start your own practice? It takes more than great coaching skills. It takes determination at a level that will scare away all but a few.<\/p>\n

How to Tell If Are Ready To Start a Coaching Practice.<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Create a long term vision, and align yourself with it. Make decisions from the place you want to be. For example, if you are considering taking a course to get you to the next level or making some other type of investment in your business. Don\u2019t determine your answer based on your current resources of time, money, energy. Take your current state out of the equation.<\/p>\n

2. If you choose not to go forward, you don\u2019t have to think about it. If you chose to move ahead, you must take action to make your decision work. The only mindset that works is when success is your only option. You need to create a plan and get coaching from people that have proven they can make it happen. Not from your buddies who are still hoping to make it happen.<\/p>\n

Why This Doesn\u2019t Work For Most People.<\/span><\/h3>\n

The reason this doesn\u2019t work for most people is that they don\u2019t commit. They rely on a plan B. You must be clear about what you want and why. Developing your coaching practice<\/strong> must be as important to you as the air you breathe. Don\u2019t ask yourself how you will come up with the resources until you align yourself with your long term vision. Until then you will not get you the results you want.<\/p>\n
