You have only a matter of seconds from the time someone lands on your page before they decide to stay or go.\u00a0 A logo may get them to stay if they recognize it, but chances are that if you are just starting out your logo will not be familiar.\u00a0 In this case, it is a distraction from their intent: to find what they need.<\/p>\n

Take a look at this blog, for example.\u00a0 There are no bios or pictures.\u00a0 The only thing that was designed was the masthead, which really doesn\u2019t add value.\u00a0 The value is in plain text on a white background.<\/p>\n

You want to make sure that your prospective life coaching business<\/span> clients find what they need immediately upon landing.\u00a0 They don\u2019t need to know about you, they need to know if you have the solution that fits their needs.\u00a0 This is one of the reasons why it is so important to choose a niche.\u00a0 You can\u2019t attract everyone, but by becoming a specialist you will have the opportunity to help more people than you can handle by yourself.<\/p>\n
