a change your <strong>business coaching<\/strong> client needs to stay flexible.\u00a0 Here are some ways to help them do so.<\/p>\n<h3>Business Coaching:\u00a0 Teach Your Personal Business Coach Client to Say \u201cI Was Wrong\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>When your <strong>personal business coach<\/strong> client makes a decision, and over time, it proves to be a wrong decision, help them to not be afraid of saying, \u201cI was wrong.\u201d\u00a0 As soon as your <strong>business coaching<\/strong> client admits they were wrong, the situation is over.\u00a0 They don\u2019t have to waste any more time defending, justifying, or explaining themselves.\u00a0 Now you have empowered them to make a decision to get results.<\/p>\n<p>Your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">personal business coach<\/span> client should also be willing to say, \u201cI made a mistake.\u201d Many of our decisions in life will be incorrect because we don\u2019t know what the future holds.\u00a0 When your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">business coaching<\/span> client can admit to being wrong and to making \u00a0mistakes without judging themselves a failure, they can get back on course.<\/p>\n<h3>Business Coaching:\u00a0 Your Personal Business Coach Client Has the Right to Change Their Mind<\/h3>\n<p>Throughout your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">personal business coach<\/span> client\u2019s career, they are going to make decisions based on how they think and feel at the moment.\u00a0 But over time, they may think differently about the same matter.\u00a0 They may realize that, based on new information, a previous decision was not the best one.\u00a0 When that happens to your client, allow them the opportunity to change their mind.\u00a0 It\u2019s okay for your client to change their mind and turn in a better direction when they realize they made a mistake.\u00a0 When you can help your <span style=\"text-decoration:
