your <strong>personal growth coaching<\/strong> clients will resist change.\u00a0 The law of inertia states \u201ca body in motion tends to remain in motion unless acted upon by an outside force.\u201d\u00a0 This outside force needs to be your <strong>life coaching<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Personal Growth Coaching:\u00a0 Your Life Coaching Clients Hate to be Wrong<\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>People need <strong>personal growth coaching<\/strong> because they tend to keep doing the same things day after day and year after year simply because they are comfortable doing them.\u00a0 Another challenge is ego.\u00a0 Most people hate to be wrong.\u00a0 Even if it is clear they are wrong, they hate to admit it.\u00a0 You <strong>life coaching<\/strong> clients will have the tendency to avoid admitting they made a mistake or they may blame it on someone else.\u00a0 The challenge with that is we are all wrong a lot of the time, simply because things change so quickly around us.<\/p>\n<h3>Personal Growth Coaching Your Life Coaching Client to be More Flexible<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">personal growth coaching<\/span> client must develop flexibility on the path to their goals and dreams.\u00a0 They must be willing to accept your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">life coaching<\/span> and feedback from the environment around them and make corrections.\u00a0 They must be more concerned with what\u2019s right than who\u2019s right.<\/p>\n<p>Your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">life coaching<\/span> client may feel that admitting mistakes and changing direction is a sign of being weak or having no direction.\u00a0 Your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">personal growth coaching<\/span> needs to help them understand that change for a good reason is a sign of personal strength and courage.\u00a0\u00a0 Weak people attempt to cover up their mistakes.\u00a0 Strong people admit them quickly and then make an adjustment.\u00a0 Help your coaching client to be clear about what their
