If you lack the strength to move forward toward your own goals, you are not leading. If you won\u2019t do it for yourself, at least do it for your clients. Your clients deserve to have the life they want. Your clients probably already have the golden keys are that will unlock their potential. You just need a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">coaching strategy<\/span> that will show them how to use it for themselves.<\/p>\n<h3>Using Coaching Tips as Part of Your Coaching Strategy Create Success in More Ways than One<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span>When you use this coaching strategy, you can face your clients honestly. Let them know you attempted, you failed, you learned, and that not only are you O.K.; you are having success. But eventually you will stretch enough and take enough action that you will find yourself moving forward.
