You don\u2019t need to be a slick marketer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t need to hard sell anyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You do need ONE strength, dialed in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just coach.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sell if you want.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">market if you must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But figure out what you\u2019re good at\u2014and beat it like a drum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PICK ONE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marketing Value<\/strong>: is any value that your clients experience BEFORE they start coaching with you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>content (books, videos, podcasts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal relationship \/ interactions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>professional value you offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>free workshops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lead magnets (other free giveaways \/ gated content, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sales Push:<\/strong> is how aggressively you pursue enrollment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>follow up calls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>asking them to enroll<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>handling objections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>convincing \/ negotiating<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deadlines \/ urgency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>scarcity \/ takeways<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manipulation \/ motivation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promises \/ guarantees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and other &#8216;sales and influencing tactics&#8217; (basically all that stuff that makes most coaches want to take a shower).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coaching Value:<\/strong> is how much value you give to the client through actual coaching (including free coaching \/ Discovery Sessions).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some coaches mistake content or marketing &#8216;hype&#8217; for coaching value, so be careful to measure the TRUE COACHING VALUE.&nbsp; Coaches tend to overestimate their coaching value due to their emotional investment in their method, ideas, journey, etc..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every single coach making real money has a coaching business superpower: You don\u2019t need to be all three \u2018superheros\u2019 to build a profitable coaching business.
