underline;\">heroic<\/span> start to most coaching businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But very quickly, coaches get discouraged\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">stomp on the breaks<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"840\" height=\"472.5\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a few coaches actually ACCELERATE their progress<\/span> as time goes by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eckart Tolle, Tony Robbins, or Bryon Katie\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026didn\u2019t just casually stumble upon <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a world-changing impact<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">consciously created<\/span> it, and class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>These coaches set themselves apart by their DRIVE.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where does that drive come from?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strong PURPOSE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In fact, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MULTIPLE purposes<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most coaches get <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">stuck<\/span> due to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">LACK of drive<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They only have <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ONE (usually weak) purpose<\/span> for their coaching business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without having <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">multiple clear purposes<\/span> for WHY you want a successful coaching business\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026you won\u2019t have enough <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">drive<\/span> to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">persevere<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For instance, when I ask coaches why they want a coaching business\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026they might tell me, <strong><em>\u201cto help people\u201d<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>But thousands of failing or stuck coaches really want to help people.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wanting to help people is probably NOT enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s in it for YOU?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You gotta have something in it for YOU\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026to keep you going when times get tough in your coaching business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You gotta have something in it for YOU\u2026to keep you going when times get tough in your coaching business.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those \u2018<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/selfishness-versus-generosity-in-coaching\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>selfish<\/strong><\/a>\u2019 reasons help to support and strengthen your drive, making it <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unstoppable<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stone columns of the Parthenon kept it standing <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">for over 2,500 years<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you think The Parthenon would still be upright <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">if there were only a few pillars<\/span> holding it up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I doubt it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Parthenon is held up by <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">69 pillars<\/span>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Imagine how successful your coaching business would be\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026if it was held up by 69 Rock-solid \u201cPurpose Pillars!\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Take the time to clarify what your \u201cPurpose Pillars\u201d are.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That way your coaching business can withstand ANY challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You might say, <strong><em>\u201cI don\u2019t have time to do all this soul searching, Kris.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cI just want a paying client, thank you.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But If you don\u2019t take the time to build a solid foundation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026no amount of paying clients is going to keep your business afloat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But If you don\u2019t take the time to build a solid foundation\u2026no amount of paying clients is going to keep your business afloat.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will eventually FALL APART <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">under the natural strain<\/span> of coaching, money, and effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Isn\u2019t that the lesson we learned when reading the \u201c3 little pigs?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 little pigs built their houses out of wood and straw\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026because <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they wanted to build quickly<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(They probably thought they were too busy for anything more.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 3rd little pig built his house out of bricks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It took him a lot longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While he was still building his brick house\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026the other pigs would chastise him for <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">wasting time<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Didn\u2019t he have a life? More important things to do??<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But those 2 pigs&#8217; flimsy wood and straw houses were eventually blown down by the big bad wolf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t you want to build your \u201ccoaching house\u201d from bricks instead of straw?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your \u201cpurpose pillars\u201d <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">are those bricks<\/span>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2026and only YOU can stack them.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your \u201cpurpose pillars\u201d <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">are those bricks<\/span>\u2026and only YOU can stack them.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026big bad wolves can\u2019t huff and puff and blow your house down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do you stack those \u201cPurpose Pillars\u201d?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Come up with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">MANY reasons why<\/span> your business must succeed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deeply connect<\/span> to those reasons with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">conviction<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doing this will take some intentional <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">introspection<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll need to <a href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/how-to-create-your-own-coaching-business-planning-retreat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>schedule some time away from distractions<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Get clear on how you want your coaching business to change your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Imagine<\/span> the ideal <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">benefits<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How would your life be better?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How would you change lives? the world?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Visualize<\/span> it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How would you feel<\/span> if that was REAL?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Feel<\/span> it fully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Which coach do you want to be?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The \u201cOne Weak Why\u201d Coach\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026who <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">quits<\/span> when the going gets tough?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; or &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The \u201cPurpose Parthenon\u201d
