style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">keep<\/span> your coaching <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">clients?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Too many coaches <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">depend on PEOPLE PLEASING<\/span> to enroll (or retain) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">their clients\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026treating their coaching business <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">like it\u2019s a customer service job<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That makes client enrollment and retention HARDER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AND <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">it wastes too much time<\/span>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">stealing you away<\/span> from building a successful coaching business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then coaches wonder why they can\u2019t<strong> <\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/making-life-changing-coaching-income\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>make enough money <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/making-life-changing-coaching-income\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>coaching<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re feeling that way, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">it\u2019s not your fault<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We\u2019ve been taught that \u201cThe customer is always right.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But &#8211; Is that true?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe\u2026 if your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">job<\/span> is in <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">customer service<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Coach<\/span>, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">it does NOT apply to you<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In fact, it\u2019s dangerous to your business and your clients&#8217; results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coaching is NOT a customer service position.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cThe customer is always right\u201d mindset\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2026sucks coaches into a \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">People Pleasing Death Spiral<\/span>\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coach feels the need to\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drop their prices.<\/li><li>Do their clients work for them.<\/li><li>Spend WAY too long on coaching sessions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which causes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">a lack of clients<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which further motivates them to\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Drop their prices MORE.<\/li><li>Do MORE of their clients work for them.<\/li><li>Spend EVEN MORE time on coaching sessions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">perpetuates<\/span> their lack of clients EVEN MORE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notice the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">endless spiral<\/span> here?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaches stay in the \u201cPeople Pleasing Death Spiral\u201d due to <a href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/how-to-break-through-your-fears-in-your-coaching-business-3-simple-steps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>FEAR<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(As if their client will become The Hulk if they get angry or upset.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">coaches think it\u2019s their responsibility to keep the client happy<\/span> or ELSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>And the \u201cPeople Pleasing Death Spiral\u201d causes even <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">more problems<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your client doesn\u2019t overcome challenges, so <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">they don\u2019t grow<\/span>.<\/li><li>You end up <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">chasing<\/span> the client for everything.<\/li><li>Your client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">doesn\u2019t follow your coaching<\/span>.<\/li><li>Your client makes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unreasonable demands<\/span> of you.<\/li><li>Coaching becomes just \u2018another job\u2019 where you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">take orders from the boss<\/span>.<\/li><li>You get <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">paid less than you\u2019re worth<\/span>.<\/li><li>Your client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">cancels<\/span> or <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no shows coaching sessions<\/span>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Coaching is NOT a customer service position.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How do you <\/strong><strong>avoid<\/strong><strong> the People Pleasing Death Spiral?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pass your client\u2019s \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Coach Competency Tests<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Just like <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/icf-certification-icf-credentialing-requirements-live-interview-international-coach-federation-executive-director-george-rogers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ICF tests you on Core Competencies<\/strong><\/a><strong> when you get your <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">credentials<\/span>\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2026CLIENTS are also <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">quietly testing you<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your client is probably NOT testing you <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">consciously<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">unconsciously learned<\/span> these \u2018testing\u2019 behaviors <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">to get what they <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">want<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, they unconsciously attempt to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">turn you into a \u201cCustomer Service<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Representative<\/span>\u201d to get what they want FROM YOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">problem<\/span> for your client?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These ways of thinking and behaving are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">holding them back in coaching with <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">you<\/span>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and, ultimately, from living the life they want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are a few \u201cCoach Competency Tests\u201d that clients often try on their <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">coach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. The 911 \u201c<\/strong><strong>Crisis Client<\/strong><strong>\u201d test<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have you ever coached a \u201cCrisis Client\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A \u201cCrisis Client\u201d regularly contacts you, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">expecting you to put your life on hold<\/span> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to help them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They\u2019ll <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">claim they&#8217;re in a \u201ccrisis\u201d<\/span> (to them, EVERYTHING is a crisis).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If \u201cCrisis Clients\u201d convince you to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">drop everything for them<\/span>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026you are teaching them that THEIR time is more important than YOUR time\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">you\u2019re always going to rescue them<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rescuing your client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">rewards them for finding new crises<\/span> in their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A new crisis gets <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">attention<\/span>.<\/li><li>A new crisis gets someone to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">fix things for them<\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t reward \u201cCrisis Clients\u201d with a \u2018rescue\u2019 (Behavior that gets rewarded gets <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">repeated.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rescuing your client might <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">feel like a \u201cwin\u201d<\/span> for your client (because they don\u2019t <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">have to face difficulty)&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026but it <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">disempowers them long-term<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Getting rescued <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">robs them of confidence<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Confidence only comes from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">facing AND overcoming their own challenges<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Confidence only comes from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">facing AND overcoming their own challenges<\/span>.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IF your client is truly having an emergency\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026they should call the police or paramedics, NOT YOU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NOT that fragile.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may not always get what they want\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026but they always get what they NEED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You might be thinking \u201cIsn\u2019t it <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">harsh<\/span> to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ignore my client<\/span> when they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">need<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">me<\/span>?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t have to ignore them\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026but let your client handle their own challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like a baby chick breaking out of their shell\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026your client will need the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">strength<\/span> they get from overcoming THIS <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">challenge\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026to overcome their NEXT challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s nothing wrong with a quick text message for encouragement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use your best judgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just don\u2019t fight your client\u2019s battles for them\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026or they will lose the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next \u201cCoach Competency Test\u201d is\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. The \u201cWooden Leg\u201d test<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When your client faces a challenge, they might say\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>\u201cI can\u2019t do it, I never went to college.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cYou don\u2019t understand, my family doesn\u2019t support me.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cI don&#8217;t know how.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cI can\u2019t figure it out because I\u2019m not smart enough.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026or anything else <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">out of your client\u2019s control<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Just like the \u2018man with the wooden leg\u2019 has a perfect <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">excuse<\/span> not to <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>dance\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u2026your client uses these \u2018wooden legs\u2019 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">as excuses to get them off the <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hook<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t fall into that trap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your client will <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">want you to fix the next challenge<\/span> for them again\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and again<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s the definition of \u201cenabling\u201d your client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next \u201cCoaching Competency Test\u201d is\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. The \u201cNo Time\u201d test<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>\u201cI don\u2019t have time.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cI decided something else was a higher priority.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cWell I HAVE to take care of \u2018such-and-such\u2019 don\u2019t I?\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u201cI have too much on my plate.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are ALL busy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet we ALL waste time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cno time\u201d test is your client trying to convince you\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">doing what\u2019s necessary is \u201cunreasonable<\/span>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another gambit to get off the hook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remind your \u201cno time\u201d client that <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">we all have the SAME AMOUNT of time<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your client has time <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">for the things that are MOST important to them<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If this \u201cthing\u201d IS important enough to your client\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026you can help them to <a href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/the-big-time-lie-that-crushed-my-coaching-business\/\"><strong>use more of their time on that priority<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bottom line?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TIME is never an excuse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>TIME is never an excuse.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next coach competency test that some clients will try is\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. The \u201cGive Me All The Answers\u201d test<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A client ran the \u201cGive Me All The Answers\u201d test on me recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They asked me what to do to solve a common problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I brainstormed some options with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then I <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">recommended a book<\/span> for more answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">agreed to read the book<\/span> by the next session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, on the next coaching session, guess what?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hadn\u2019t even purchased<\/span> the book yet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Instead, they wanted me to waste the whole session <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">with ME giving them a <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">verbal book report<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I declined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If my client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">didn\u2019t value the information enough<\/span> to read the book <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THEMSELVES\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026what are the odds they would <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">apply<\/span> what they\u2019ve learned?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almost ZERO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My client had <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">NO OWNERSHIP of the book\u2019s ideas<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s nothing wrong with sharing ideas from books, seminars, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But, at some point, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">your client needs to value the answers<\/span> enough to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pursue <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">them on their own<\/span>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026without YOU dragging them forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">don\u2019t care enough<\/span> to \u2018read the book\u2019, that\u2019s ok, it\u2019s THEIR life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But, if your client commits to it\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026hold them accountable, and don\u2019t spoon feed the book to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, there\u2019s\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. them as <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">opportunities for your clients to \u201cgrow\u201d<\/span>, do their own <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201chomework\u201d, etc\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026the less often clients will use these tests on you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pass these tests by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pointing them out<\/span> to your client.<\/li><li>Drawing a line between \u2018<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">assisting<\/span>\u2019 and \u2018<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">enabling<\/span>\u2019 your client.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/coachestrainingblog.com\/becomeacoach\/accountability-coaching-drill-sergeant-vs-deep-dive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Holding your client responsible
