As a New Relationship Coach You Can Become a Resource to Your Prospects<\/h3>\n

There are ways how to become a relationship expert<\/strong>, even if you\u2019re just starting out as a relationship coach<\/strong>.\u00a0 One way is to become a resource to your prospects.\u00a0 When you give information away and it\u2019s new to them; it\u2019s valuable.\u00a0 Especially if that information is relatively rare and not easily found.\u00a0\u00a0 You want to make sure that the information you give is the best you have.\u00a0 Sure, you run the risk that people might just take the information and move on.\u00a0 But most people won\u2019t be able to implement it on their own.\u00a0 They\u2019ll still need a relationship coach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Name Dropping Combined with Teaching Moments Can Help You with How to Become a Relationship Expert<\/h3>\n

Another way how to become a relationship expert<\/strong> or at least position yourself as a relationship coach<\/span> who knows his stuff, is by name dropping.\u00a0 For example, my mentor Jeff Sooey, who learned from his mentor (a certain celebrity guru), taught me that I should work on creating a raving fan out my husband by giving to him what he needed first<\/em>.\u00a0 Ultimately this simple strategy causes the partner to reciprocate.\u00a0 The name or group carries a ton of authority with your prospect.\u00a0 You don\u2019t want to just say, \u201cI learned how to become a relationship expert<\/span> from studying with this guru.\u201d\u00a0 You need to combine the association with a teaching moment.<\/p>\n

Relate with Your Prospects Through Stories \u2013 You Become Not Only a Relationship Coach but a Person, Too<\/h3>\n

You can also learn how to become a relationship expert<\/span> who demonstrates their knowledge through stories.\u00a0 The story can be about someone you worked with or even yourself.\u00a0 Communicating that before you became a relationship coach<\/span> you used to be like them and that you understand their fears, hopes and desires can be very powerful if you\u2019re living proof of a transformation.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t have to take longer than 3-5 minutes.<\/p>\n

The key to how to become a relationship expert is for people see you as the leader.\u00a0 Even if it\u2019s just by having a lot of comments posted on your blog. \u00a0Suddenly people start to see you as an expert.\u00a0 They think, \u201cWow!\u00a0 All these people are paying attention to what this person is saying.\u201d\u00a0 This strategy also works with public speaking and conference calls.\u00a0\u00a0 If you can convey valuable information to people in a way that they see you as an expert, they will just naturally see you as the relationship coach who can help them reach their goals.<\/p>\n
