Guide to Celebrating Wins"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have you ever wondered what it would be like to coach a rockstar client?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I worked with a client who was so famous\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;that Harvard University included one of his books in their MBA program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This client made and lost millions over his lifetime\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and should have been living well by the time we met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ironically&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;despite all the businesses he had helped to build\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8230;he was in a slump.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So he needed help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From me?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What could I possibly offer this super-achiever?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was a newbie coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And he was a rockstar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Coaching High-Achievers\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" listened\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;a lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I asked questions to get clear about what he wanted\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>I discovered that this client had <\/strong><strong>never celebrated<\/strong><strong> any of his wins.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was always chasing another goal that was just out of range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite all his success\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;he <em>never acknowledged himself<\/em> for his achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and it was <em>crushing his drive<\/em> to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why would someone who never celebrates lose their motivation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subconscious part of your brain is like a 5-year-old child&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;very primitive\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;it\u2019s all about avoiding pain and gaining pleasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What happens if you tell your child that they&#8217;ll get a lollipop after they get a shot at the doctor\u2019s office?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and then they <em>don\u2019t get a lollipop<\/em>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>They have a major meltdown.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll have a hard time getting them to take and celebrations)&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;then you won\u2019t believe there\u2019s any pay off to working so hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your subconscious brain believes that if you work hard\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;you\u2019re still not going to get that vacation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;or a new car&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;or even acknowledgment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then eventually, <strong>your subconscious will throw a tantrum, or quit supporting you altogether<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that\u2019s exactly what happened to my client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He had never celebrated\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and so I gave him&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Ultimate Guide to Celebrating Your Wins<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Celebrating your wins can radically increase your motivation and drive to succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you follow this guide, you\u2019ll ensure that your celebration works on the deepest level class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, while you are enjoying your celebration and feeling great\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;ask yourself the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUESTION #1: <\/strong><strong>What are you celebrating<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUESTION #2: <\/strong><strong>What about that is worth celebrating<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How can you justify celebrating? Prove to yourself <em>why you deserve to celebrate this win<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t think it\u2019s important enough, you\u2019ll feel funny celebrating it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is it something you\u2019ve never done?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is it an improvement on something you\u2019ve done before?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why does your accomplishment matter?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUESTION #3: <\/strong><strong>Who have you become<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This question forces you to look at <em>how you see yourself\u2026 your identity<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most people judge themselves harshly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you bring the good feelings of celebrating a victory to the question of your identity, you\u2019ll tend to feel better about yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Identity is one of the strongest forces in your subconscious.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This question will help to update your identity in a positive way\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;improving your confidence, sense of well-being, and fulfillment level ALL AT THE SAME TIME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ve enrolled your first paying client&#8230; Now you\u2019ve become a coach who enrolls paying clients!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ve posted your first blog article&#8230; Now you\u2019re a writer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUESTION #4: <\/strong><strong>What is possible now that you have accomplished your goal<\/strong><strong>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This question will generate positive motivation for a new (chances are, more exciting) future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you\u2019ve achieved something, you could repeat it, improve upon it, or accomplish something else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that you\u2019ve enrolled your first client:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can enroll others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can enroll others for a higher fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You could eventually quit your day job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>QUESTION #5: How will your win impact the lives of others? Both now and in the future?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plan your celebration and ask these 5 questions&#8230; it&#8217;s THAT SIMPLE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sooooo&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I gave my client this guide\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and 2 days class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My client had gone skiing to celebrate his latest win.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He told me he was ecstatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His brain finally received <em>the reward it had craved for so long<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long ago he had mastered the <em>science of achievement<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;but not the <em>art of fulfillment<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But when they achieve their goals\u2026 and <em>still don\u2019t find fulfillment<\/em>\u2026 it\u2019s downright depressing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<cite>Dr. Colette Coiner, PCC<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a blueprint for achievement in business\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;but everyone has a different view of fulfillment&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;just like everyone appreciates different types of food or art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Most high achievers can deal with failure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If they don\u2019t achieve their goals\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;they try again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But when they achieve their goals\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;and <em>still don\u2019t find fulfillment<\/em>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;it\u2019s downright depressing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After my client rewarded himself by skiing with his friend\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;he started to celebrate his wins on a regular basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>And as <\/strong><strong>he started to enjoy the journey<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;he began to make progress toward his goals by leaps and bounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">End Result?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He went from a struggling rockstar\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8230;to a very happy and fulfilled client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And what did I learn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When you\u2019re working with high achieving clients\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Give them permission to discover their own version of fulfillment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Help them actualize that fulfillment through celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And watch your burnt out rock stars rise\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><a
