As a manager, your team, department, or office’s success is critical. Without an effective, equipped, and dedicated team, it will not be possible to see much growth in that organization.         1. Show Appreciation:<\/strong> It is also important to sometimes appreciate your team for work done, on individual or group tasks or projects, and recognize each team member’s strengths because each individual brings something unique to the team. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. Set Clear Goals<\/strong> – As a manager, you want you and your team to always be on the same page. Learn how to coach<\/span> by setting clearly defined goals with expectations and accountability.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            1. Motivate and Empower<\/strong> \u2013 Allow each team member to utilize the skills and talents each  brings to the table. Consistently using their skills will allow them to perfect it. You also want your team to excel not just in their current position but also in their career path, motivating and empowering them to achieve higher within the organization and beyond. For example, nominate individuals for quarterly or yearly awards, keep them abreast of training, certifications to enhance their skills (professional development). <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              1. Give Feedback:<\/strong> It is important to provide constructive feedback so that each employee\/team member will also identify the areas that need improvement.
