game coaching<\/strong> technique is to change how your client listens to others.\u00a0 Help your client to seek first to understand the other person, then to be understood by the person.\u00a0 It\u2019s not whether your client thinks that the other person feels understood by your client.\u00a0 It\u2019s whether the OTHER person thinks your client understands them.\u00a0 If your client is only concerned about being understood there will be no agreement.\u00a0\u00a0 Your <strong>success coaching<\/strong> client should say things like \u201clet me make sure I understand, you mean this\u2026.correct?\u201d\u00a0 Your client needs to put a little extra effort to make sure they understand what the person means.<\/p>\n<h3>Inner Game Coaching:\u00a0 Complaints Are Just Feedback And Not A Personal Attack<\/h3>\n<p>When giving your client <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">inner game coaching<\/span> you will need to teach them how to deal with complaints from people since they will hear complaints from time to time.\u00a0 In your <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">success coaching<\/span> business, teach your client that complaints are just feedback.\u00a0 It isn\u2019t a personal attack if their boss or a client complains about them.\u00a0 It is really valuable to know this in order to prevent your client from getting defensive.\u00a0 If they are defending themselves they are not trying to satisfy the complaint.\u00a0 If your client seeks to understand others first, instead of \u00a0to be understood, they will maintain great
