What inner game coaching<\/a><\/strong> will your clients need for you to have success coaching<\/a><\/strong> them in the long run?\u00a0 You will need to keep them emotionally connected to you.\u00a0 I have had success coaching<\/strong> many of my clients for a long time.\u00a0 The inner game coaching<\/strong> I do with them is very important to keep them wanting me to coach them long enough to get results.\u00a0 Over time we develop such a strong emotional bond and trust between us that they ask me for coaching in all areas of their life.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 When we use the term \u201cinner game coaching<\/strong>\u201d we are talking about client\u2019s beliefs, feelings and comfort zones.\u00a0 There are three things your clients need from you to keep them as your client long term.<\/p>\n

To Have Success Coaching Clients, You Need To Make Them Feel Like You Value Them<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To have success coaching<\/strong> your client long term they need to believe you value them.\u00a0 You cannot deliver effective inner game coaching<\/span> if your clients think you do not care about them.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t matter how much you know because they won\u2019t listen.\u00a0 One way to make your client feel that you value them is to take good notes during your sessions.\u00a0 Really listen, and do not be \u201cwaiting to talk.”<\/p>\n

Praise Your Clients Efforts\u00a0To Have Success Coaching in the Long Term<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To have success coaching<\/span> your client you must praise their positive actions.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t matter how small their actions may seem to them.\u00a0 To give them inner game coaching<\/span> that is only focused on what they didn\u2019t do well will discourage them.\u00a0 If your client gets no encouragement from you they will stop coaching with you.\u00a0 If you make them feel like they are making progress it will motivate them to keep trying and not give up. If you do this you will have success coaching<\/span> your clients to get results.<\/p>\n

Help Your Clients with Inner Game Coaching on How to View Their Wins and You Will Build a Successful Life Coaching Business<\/h3>\n

Lastly, you will need to give your clients inner game coaching on how to view their wins.\u00a0 A lot of people ignore their wins and focus on their disappointments.\u00a0 For your client to feel like they are making progress toward their goals you will need to teach them to celebrate their wins.\u00a0 Celebrate with them over the phone during their coaching session.\u00a0 Pat them on the back and tell them they did a great job.\u00a0 If you do these things you will have many clients stay with you for a long time and you will have a satisfying coaching business.<\/p>\n
