A coaching mastermind<\/a><\/strong> is a group of coaches that come together for ongoing coach training<\/a><\/strong> and the mutual benefit of the coaches.\u00a0 A coaching mastermind<\/strong> delivers results by discussion and ‘putting their minds together’, thus the term ‘mastermind’.\u00a0 Real coach training<\/strong> genius can come from more than one coach thinking about how to build their life coaching practices.<\/p>\n Napoleon Hill taught me why the coaching mastermind<\/strong> principle is so important in a very famous book called, ‘ Think and Grow Rich ‘.\u00a0 Hill felt that the Mastermind was so crucial he dedicated an entire chapter in the book to the concept.<\/p>\n Hill said that, in fact, the Mastermind is so important that if you didn’t have one, then you COULDN’T be successful… that it was literally IMPOSSIBLE to be successful!<\/p>\n Here’s a quote from Think and Grow Rich:<\/p>\n “No individual may have great power without availing himself of the Mastermind.
