Okay, really good.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>[[PAUSE SESSION]]<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OK, so let me offer some commentary for a moment&#8230;<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">02:32 Did a conversation really stop this coach from taking action? \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, of course not.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But the conversation is a good placeholder for whatever DID stop her. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While she was being, or feeling, or thinking a certain way (running a particular pattern or mental program) that was stopping her from taking action, the surface conversation for her was \u201cI\u2019m not ready.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For now I\u2019ll treat this as the culprit that got in her way. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">02:54 By the way, how many coaches stay stuck or never even get started because they\u2019re in the conversation of \u201cI\u2019m not ready?\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve known many. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And if you think that this could be you, read carefully, because this conversation could be the source of a breakthrough for you. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>Enough commentary for now, let\u2019s continue with the session&#8230;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">03:10 Eve: \u00a0And then I feel, I guess, \u201cI\u2019m not ready\u201d, so I didn\u2019t do it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">03:14 Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Oh, I got it. Okay, it\u2019s really good. \u00a0Okay, so we\u2019re getting clear on what had you not\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Okay. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0So really what you\u2019re saying is what had you not make the call is this thing that says, \u201cI\u2019m not ready,\u201d which is not just \u2018blanking out\u2019, although I can get why you\u2019d blank out, because if you\u2019re really not ready, if you\u2019re being that you\u2019re not ready, you\u2019re going to blank out\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">\u201cHey, I\u2019m not ready yet. \u00a0I could not\u2026 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">I\u2019m not going to know what to say, so I need to blank out, so I can continue to act that out.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019re acting out being \u2018not ready\u2019 by blanking out.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">You\u2019re acting out being \u2018not ready\u2019 by blanking out. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Does that make sense?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">03:55 Eve: \u00a0Yes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0They\u2019re one and the same [being \u2018not ready\u2019 and \u2018blanking out\u2019]. \u00a0They go along with each other.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>What Gets You Off The Hook For Your Cowardice<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">So let me ask you this then, what does the conversation \u201cI\u2019m not ready\u201d cover up that stops you from making these calls, or it stopped you at the time for making the call? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">What does it cover up?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>[[PAUSE SESSION]]<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some more commentary on this\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">04:10 This \u201ccover up\u201d question is a key part of any Accountability Coaching conversation. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whenever your client is disempowered to follow through on their promises and intentions, they are covering up the cause that stops them (the cause that pulls them back). \u00a0That doesn\u2019t mean that they are outright lying to you (although that\u2019s always possible), but it means that they are either deceiving themselves, or simply unaware of what\u2019s really stopping them. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">04:33 Why would a client who tells you that one particular thing is getting in the way (even though that\u2019s not the thing that\u2019s really getting in the way) be unaware of <\/span><\/i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">what\u2019s really getting in the way<\/span><\/i><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Maybe\u2026\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That sounds like it\u2019s more of the \u201cI\u2019m not ready.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">The question I\u2019m asking is, who are you being that you get stopped by somebody not responding the way you want?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">07:18 Eve: \u00a0a Chicken\/Wuss? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0There you go. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Not because you\u2019re mean\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;But if you were to see that in yourself, you would say that, if it was the worst way of describing that\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">\u2026[a description] that\u2019s got some real teeth to it, that it doesn\u2019t feel good to say or doesn\u2019t feel good to admit?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>[[PAUSE SESSION]]<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OK, this part is important, so lemme offer commentary on this\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11:58 Lots of times, clients will try to soften the impact of their issues and cover-ups by <\/span><\/i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">softening the language they use when describing the cost and the impact of the issue itself<\/span><\/i><\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They\u2019ll use clinical or technical language like:<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI\u2019ll be neurotic,\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis is duplicitous,\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt will become a complex,\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt\u2019s inauthentic.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Or they\u2019ll try to reduce the true intensity of the impact, like, \u201cI\u2019m sad,\u201d or, \u201cI\u2019m just not being honest.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12:24 It\u2019s understandable, because the full impact of the issue (or cover up) is not comfortable for them. \u00a0Your client is just trying to retain a modicum of comfort during this coaching session. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it\u2019s my job as the coach to get them present to (aware of) the full impact, no matter how uncomfortable it is, because that is what it will take for them to wake up and reassess. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12:43 Why bother changing a pattern when the impact is so minor? color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s going to take some momentum. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s going to take some work, and it\u2019s a battle, and it takes courage, and all those kinds of things, which you\u2019ve shown in the past, and I think that, in this conversation, you\u2019ve also demonstrated that as well. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; they admit the fear\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;they usually are able to transform it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s the people that are busy covering it up that are the most cowardly of all, because they\u2019re not just in fear, they\u2019re in fear of even dealing with the fact that they\u2019re in fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s a double fear, if you will. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">20:46 So what do you need to do to transform that process that would take your identity, and steal and rob you from the chance to be yourself, in all the limitless possibilities that are possible there? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">What do you need to commit to make sure (and once in a while it might get in the way), but what do you need to commit to make sure that, generally speaking, you get past it, or at least you don\u2019t let it hide out, or you don\u2019t give it a place in your life, such that covering up fear ends up causing the fear to steal your life? \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">What do you need to commit to make sure you keep on your radar screen, or that you head it off at the pass, or that you get in front of it, so you don\u2019t allow this to cause the kind of limitations that you\u2019ve experienced since our last session?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">21:50 Eve: \u00a0Calling the businesses?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>[[PAUSE SESSION]]<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some more commentary on this\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here my client is trying to just recommit to the action she didn\u2019t take before. \u00a0I\u2019m going to attempt to get her to commit to truly transforming what it was that stopped her from taking action in the first place.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That way, she\u2019ll not only do what she skipped out on before, but many other breakthroughs and possibilities will show up, because this thing that stopped her from this one action, it\u2019s also stopping her from many other actions, dreams, and possibilities, in many areas of her life. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s why we say that coaching works on many levels, or layers with a client. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are multiple dimensions of possibility and transformation available out of this one coaching call. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>So let\u2019s look at how I encouraged that deeper and more multidimensional commitment that will transform so much more than just her business&#8230;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; Do you mean like admitting the fear?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Okay, that sounds like a great commitment. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">23:38 Eve: \u00a0Okay. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Is that something you\u2019re willing to do?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Yeah. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0It\u2019s really great. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">If you just committed to admitting the fear and being honest about that (That\u2019s really what this is about. \u00a0It\u2019s more about honesty than it is about fear, because everybody has got fear.)&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">I\u2019d have fear if I called those businesses, right? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Okay. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">23:56 Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0But if you\u2019re honest about it, then cowardice wouldn\u2019t show up because you\u2019d deal with it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">You\u2019d actually see it, you\u2019d admit it, and you\u2019d get real about it, the fact that that\u2019s really what\u2019s going on. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s not this \u201cI\u2019m not ready\u201d kind of thing. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That makes total sense, just admitting it. \u00a0It\u2019s just an honesty commitment, basically, if that\u2019s something that you\u2019re willing to commit to, even beyond the calls\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;and again, I know you\u2019re going to recommit to the calls, and that\u2019s awesome, but besides and beyond that, are you willing to commit that you\u2019re going to be honest when fear comes up for you, at least starting with yourself\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;and just say, \u201cOkay, I\u2019m afraid. \u00a0That\u2019s what\u2019s happening right now,\u201d and just get that, so you are present to it, and it\u2019s not this other game of trying to get away from that act (as if that doesn\u2019t exist). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">24:40 Eve: \u00a0I hope so. It\u2019s fantastic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">So that\u2019s the point of the commitment to get this, and to be honest about it, because as soon as you\u2019re honest about it, you can focus on it and give it some attention\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;because really, your fear just wants some attention. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It just wants to be protected. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It wants you to take care of it just like any other part of you, right?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">27:17 Eve: \u00a0[Agrees]<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0So you give it a little attention and immediately&#8230; now you\u2019ve got the solution where you\u2019re like, \u201cThis is irrational. \u00a0This doesn\u2019t make any sense. This is not going to help me in any way. And by the way, it\u2019s not stupid. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That\u2019s just what you said that you didn\u2019t want to be, which was fake. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">It\u2019s like saying it to one person and then going and doing the exact opposite of what you said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Right. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0So you get your inauthenticity in regards to what you say versus what you were currently doing in the past, at least. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">28:08 Eve: \u00a0Right. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0It\u2019s great to get that.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">But, what I\u2019m saying is, now that you get what came up for you about fear (how irrational and illogical it is) and you get the inconsistency between what you\u2019ve been telling clients and what you\u2019ve been doing for yourself, what are you now experiencing?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0A little clarity. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Nice. That\u2019s really nice. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That\u2019s what was missing when you were staring at the phone and blanking out. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">28:37 Eve: \u00a0Yeah. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0It\u2019s just clarity, and courage&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">But if you were clear on that moment, the calls just would have shown up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>[[PAUSE SESSION]]<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">28:45 This is where the session comes full circle. \u00a0My commentary below\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My client finds what was missing in the moment that she blew off her calls, clarity. \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If she had clarity in that moment, she would have just picked up the phone and made the damn calls!<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do you see how this is a multidimensional transformation? \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a client just gets themselves into action, that\u2019s powerful, but if they actually get access to clarity (not the concept of it, but literally experience it in the session itself), then imagine all the areas where that would transform their life, their actions, their relationships, their communication, their emotions, and their entire experience.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">29:23 That\u2019s what I was looking for inside this \u2018mindful fear\u2019 technique\u2026 <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Getting her access to what was missing for her, such that, if she had it, it would transform everything.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why did we need to go through that \u2018fear awareness\u2019 in order to get there?<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because that clarity wasn\u2019t possible without full awareness and ownership of her fear.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b><i>That\u2019s it for my commentary. \u00a0Let\u2019s read through the wrap-up of this session\u2026 \u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">29:42 Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0What are you now experiencing?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0A little clarity. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Nice. That\u2019s really nice. \u00a0That\u2019s what was missing when you were staring at the phone and blanking out. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Yeah. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0It\u2019s just clarity, and courage&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">But if you were clear on that moment, the calls just would have shown up, and whatever to say, and whatever to do to make the best possible future out of those conversations and relationships probably would have come up as well. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That\u2019s all that was missing, but clarity was impossible at that point, because of this thing that you hadn\u2019t noticed. \u00a0That\u2019s all. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">30:21 Eve: \u00a0Right.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0So it\u2019s being aware of that, and now you\u2019ve got clarity. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">This is really great, and with that clarity, not just anything is possible, because you\u2019re breaking through the fear, and you\u2019re aligned with who you really are\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">&#8230;but you have the power to do that consistently, because, when you bring that clarity to the table, you can break through fear anytime, because it will cut through it like a knife. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0I hope so. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0And I get that. I appreciate that uncertainty. \u00a0That\u2019s a good place to be, you know?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">30:55 Eve: \u00a0Yeah. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0That\u2019s probably better than just fear that\u2019s been covered up, because, at least now you\u2019re like, \u201cI don\u2019t know what\u2019s going to happen,\u201d which is exactly where you should be, because you <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">don\u2019t<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> know.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">But at least you can be clear that you don\u2019t know, and you can have courage in the face of the unknown.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>The \u201cI am Afraid\u201d Success Poster<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Can you do that now that you get that your fear is not aligned with who you really are?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">31:18 Eve: \u00a0Yeah. I mean, I\u2019ll do everything I can to recognize it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Nice. That\u2019s the commitment that I\u2019m asking you for&#8230; just to keep it in front of you. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Don\u2019t forget your fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Don\u2019t ignore your fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Don\u2019t deny your fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Embrace your fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Look at your fear, give it some attention, and just be aware of your fear. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Be present to it. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">When you\u2019re about to make a call and you start feeling the fear, or the same game comes up (so you don\u2019t have to experience and admit that you\u2019re afraid), be like, \u201cThis is my fear. \u00a0I\u2019m experiencing it right now, and now I can make the call, but I know I\u2019m afraid, okay.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">31:59 If you don\u2019t acknowledge it, then it will be the same game. \u00a0You\u2019ll blank out and you\u2019ll do this whole hopscotch again. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">That\u2019s the commitment I\u2019m asking you for. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Are you committed to do that?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Yes, definitely. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">32:09 Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0Great, it\u2019s really good. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">put \u201cI am afraid\u201d on a poster and put it on your wall.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">So my coaching for you on this is put \u201cI am afraid\u201d on a poster and put it on your wall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Okay. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Jeffrey Sooey: \u00a0You know, they have those success posters that they put on the wall, but your success poster is \u201cI am afraid.\u201d \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #0000ff;\">Eve: \u00a0Okay.
