What is a Life Coach?<\/h3>\n

A life coach takes a client from where they are today to where they want to be. They focus on the present to determine desire changes and goals, and then they partner with their clients to create an action or strategic plan which will move you from now to a desired future.<\/p>\n

Life coaching help clients overcome obstacles and explore dreams. They provide inspiration, motivation, determination, and accountability. They also focus on empowerment and encouragement. And unlike family or friends, they do all this with bias or judgment.<\/p>\n

Counselors are different in that counseling usually involves a more hierarchal relationship. A coaching relationship is more like a partnership and focuses on the client finding their own solutions and creating their own plans (with the coach\u2019s help, of course).<\/p>\n
