Why leave a great career for the unknown? Before you start thinking about coaching coaches, you better make sure you have the skills, work ethic, and the passion for it.<\/p>\n

Coaching Instruction and Training \u2013 Is it Right for You?<\/h3>\n

Remember when you started coaching? You probably did at least a quick self-analysis to see if it was the right career choice for you. Well, it\u2019s time to do that same self-analysis. Before you make a major change to your business, ask yourself a few questions to see if it\u2019s the right move.<\/p>\n

Coach yourself first \u2013 interview yourself, identify your goals, and create a workable action plan to reach those goals. Before you begin with coaching instruction<\/strong><\/span>, here are a few questions to ask yourself (your interview).<\/p>\n

Do You have to Skills to Coach Coaches?<\/h3>\n

How long have you been coaching? What is your reputation? Do you receive many referrals from former and present clients? Do you network with other coaches? Do you get along well with other coaches? Are you good at presenting information in seminars and in front of groups? These are all questions you\u2019ll need to answer before you make that leap to coach instruction and training. The answers should be in the affirmative or you might want to rethink your decision.<\/p>\n

Do You Have the Work Ethic to Coach Coaches?<\/h3>\n

This may seem like a strange question \u2013 being a coach means you have been working hard. Most coaches have also kept up with education and training. You\u2019ve already shown you have a strong work ethic. So, why am I asking this? Become a coach trainer is a different business than coaching \u2013 you\u2019ll be starting a new business venture. You\u2019ll also have to learn new skills, develop new marketing strategies, and coach in a completely different manner. Do you have the time, patience, and work ethic to do that?<\/p>\n

Do You Have the Passion to Coach Coaches?<\/h3>\n

Coaching instruction<\/strong><\/span> and training is different than coaching clients. Instruction and training for other coaches means you are more of a business or career coach than a life coach. You help your clients gain the skills to become coaches. Do you have the same passion for this as you did for helping clients achieve their life goals?<\/p>\n

If you can answer these three questions honestly when you interview yourself, you\u2019ll most likely have your answer about whether you should enter the field of coaching instruction<\/strong><\/span> and training. It\u2019s a dynamic field which offers a great opportunity to expand your skills, broaden your brand, and make more money. Is it right for you? A little self-analysis is needed before you can properly answer that question.<\/p>\n
