Easy and simple are often used interchangeably \u2013 and it\u2019s not wrong to use them that way. However, they do have different meanings. Let\u2019s use weight loss for an example. It\u2019s very easy to lose weight \u2013 now you\u2019re laughing at me. But, in theory, it is simple. Consume less calories than you burn \u2013 exercise more, eat less, or better yet, do both. Simple, right?<\/p>\n

However, anyone who has ever struggled with weight, and that means millions of Americans, it is definitely not easy to lose weight! It\u2019s a struggle, and it takes maximum discipline and plenty of hard work.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the same thing for starting a business, including becoming a life coach. It takes hard work, patience, discipline, a dedication to improvement, and a true \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude. That\u2019s not easy!<\/p>\n
