It is asked when wondering if someone who is perhaps young and inexperienced can be a life coach for someone who is older and more worldly. Can a life coach be a fresh-faced youngster just out of a coaching program? Or to be effective, does a life coach need to have experienced life in all its glory and horrors?<\/p>\n<p>Does life experience matter to a life coach? Well, yes and no. How\u2019s that for an answer.<\/p>\n<h3>Life Experience Doesn\u2019t Mean You Can Be a Life Coach<\/h3>\n<p>Einstein said: \u201cThe only source of knowledge is experience.\u201d Ah\u2026Einstein may know more about physics than most people, but he\u2019s not an Einstein about everything. Yes, experience does equal knowledge, but there are others ways to gain knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>You may have plenty of life experience, but can you be a coach?
