It has many ideas and concepts from pioneers in the coaching industry. The book contains four main parts: coaching fundamentals, co-active coaching skills, co-active coaching processes, and coach\u2019s toolkit. The models in this book concerns both the coach and the client and works with the whole person to achieve goals.
