If you want to learn how to get life coach clients<\/a><\/strong>, then you’ll need to use your time wisely. \u00a0We all start any coaching practice or coaching business with the same amount of education to become a coach<\/a><\/strong>… none. \u00a0We all start out with the same amount of time logged in to achieve something in our coaching business… none. \u00a0We all know very little about how to get life coach clients<\/strong> when we get started, but the difference that makes the difference in the first few years of a coaching practice is what we do with our TIME.<\/p>\n

The biggest Mistake Coaches Make About How to Get Life Coach Clients: A New Education to Become a Coach<\/h3>\n

The biggest problem I see with coaches who are in the middle of their education to become a coach<\/strong> is that they are so busy MANAGING their time that they never spend their time doing anything really VALUABLE. \u00a0Managing your time well will not help you figure out how to get life coach clients<\/strong>. \u00a0Managing your time is all about taking the current things you do with your time and dividing your time amongst them. \u00a0Managing doesn’t create anything new, it just spreads the same old stuff around in a different order. \u00a0There’s no growth in that, especially in your coaching practice or your education to become a coach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The most important education to become a coach<\/span> is to wisely decide what could be the most important use of your time, rather than just taking what you’ve been given. \u00a0many times this needs to be a creative process, because the answer to how to get life coach clients<\/span> isn’t obvious (if it was, then more coaches would have coaching clients). \u00a0In fact the answer is different for you than it is for me (i.e. what niche we’d coach or our marketing\/sales\/coaching style). \u00a0To generate this kind of decision for your coaching business you’ve got to step up and be a Time Leader rather than just a Time Manager.<\/p>\n

How to Get Life Coach Clients by Understanding This Distinction: Time Leadership vs. Time Managment<\/h3>\n

Leaders create change and growth during their education to become a coach<\/span>. Leaders contribute as they learn how to get life coach clients<\/span>. \u00a0Managers keep the status quo. \u00a0They are all about controling things during their education to become a coach. \u00a0They are all about resisting change. \u00a0Can you imagine how to get life coach clients by resisting change?<\/p>\n

A coach just told me ‘I’m becoming a better time manager’. \u00a0GREAT.<\/p>\n

I’m not a good time manager. \u00a0I definately wasn’t a great time manager during my education to become a coach.<\/p>\n

Most leaders aren’t. \u00a0I’m lousy with figuring out what the next two hours will bring and how much crap I can shove into those hours. \u00a0I’m good, however, at seeing how to get life coach clients, seeing where we need to go to execute, and committing my TIME to getting us there.<\/p>\n

I may put TOO MUCH time into the plan.<\/p>\n

I may put time i didn’t have into it.<\/p>\n

I may lose time in other ways to other commitments because of it.<\/p>\n

But the change will come, and people will follow. \u00a0People will go with me on that journey.<\/p>\n

That’s leadership.<\/p>\n

Time Leaders Take the Lead in How to Get Life Coach Clients and Their Education to Become a Coach<\/h3>\n

During their education to become a coach, Time Managers tend to follow Time Leaders. \u00a0Part of the reason why is simply that leaders tend to gather power and resources on how to get life coach clients as a result of their leadership. \u00a0Managers need these resources (money, followers, business relationships, etc.) to make ends meet for themselves. \u00a0They need something to manage. \u00a0Managers also tend to follow leaders because they know that the leaders are different than them. \u00a0They know that leaders bring something special to the table (something that they don’t). \u00a0They feel it’s in their best interest to follow a leader to have something to manage. \u00a0Sometimes they make the leader wrong or feel that the leader is missing the boat, but the proof is ultimately in the pudding here. \u00a0The leader may not be ‘right’ but the leader ends up in charge.<\/p>\n

Managers of time like to plan out their hours and minutes. \u00a0they can’t waste much time. \u00a0they can’t have any open time. \u00a0WHY? \u00a0because the time they are putting in isn’t very valuable anyway, so they have to dedicate all their time to the little value they can add so they can GET BY on what they’ve got.<\/p>\n

Create Your Own Time Transformation Education to Become a Coach: How to Get Life Coach Clients With Time<\/h3>\n

But if only they would start LEADING rather than MANAGING their time, they’d find that they don’t have to worry about managing their time anymore (and they won’t need to worry about how to get life coach clients<\/a>), because they’ll just have more for themsevles and everyone else as well. \u00a0in fact other good time MANAGERS will approach them and ask to help. \u00a0the time will get managed properly and all will work out.<\/p>\n
