Life Coaching Salary: Your Prices Increase With a Steady Climb

Life Coaching Salary  is a big topic among new coaches. Isn’t it amazing the professionals who are doing some of the most beneficial work, find it hard to determine their value? Where do you begin charging in the first year of your life coaching salary and what growth is possible? There are three big mountains to climb in the process of building your life coach salary.

Mountain #1: Free Coaching

You have reached out to your hot list and put the word out that you are a life coach eager to serve. You are ready and willing to offer your coaching services to anyone who you can help to change their lives. During the journey over your first mountain your intent is to provide massive value and get a buzz going about what you can do. You will want to spend most of your time offering free sessions, getting your free clients feedback and asking for referrals.

  1. “I would be excited to work with you and offer you a free coaching session”
  2. “Could you take some time to write a testimonial about your experience with Life Coaching and working with me?”
  3. “Is their anyone else you know of that could benefit from my services?”

This mountain is a small one and if you work hard and take massive action it will take you less then a month to climb.

Mountain #2: Free to Fee Your First Life Coaching Salary Begins

Your life coaching salary has begun as a result of all the buzz going around on the great work and value you have provided your first free clients. Now you are ready to charge a low fee for your new referrals and prospects coming in. I guarantee you will even have some friends and family who are willing to pay to have your support on a weekly basis. Your Life Coaching Salary should be on a steady increase just as your climb.

1. You will start with an extremely low fee
$50-$100/month

2. Next you move to a steady increasing fee, where your clients fee increases each month your client is involved in coaching. With this model you must deliver better and better results each month.
$50, $100. $150, $200, $250, $250 $300

Average Life Coaching Salary:

Low: $250 / month

Moderate: $375-$575 / month

High: $750- $1,250

Mountain #3: What a Beautiful View When You Begin Group Coaching

The best way to maximize your time and increase your life coaching salary is to start group coaching.

Great group coaching ideas are:

Mastermind Monthly Brainstorming Calls

  • Peer Coaching Groups
  • Boot camps

Climbing a mountain is never easy but the challenge will be invigorating. Each time you reach the top and see the view, your motivation increases to experience that next moment of bliss. Steady your pace and enjoy the ride to the top. The life of a coaching professional who enjoys the climb results in a salary worth celebrating.

I think with anything that you build experience with, it will lead to being able to charge more. I know as a web designer and developer that I have done the same as it does include teaching people too. And it also goes to say that charging more means you have to deliver better work.
